Late Care: 3:00 - 5:30 PM

Summer camp registration in advance is required. Drop-ins will not be admitted.

To ensure camp is staffed appropriately and ensure a spot in our camp, please complete your registration by the deadline. If you enroll your child after this date, your child may be placed on a waitlist.

Missed classes may not be credited. Make-ups will be permitted if space allows. Priority enrollment is given to currently enrolled ECC students. Families must be current in their payments to Temple Adat Elohim. Weekly balance must be paid in full before your child's first day of that week.

Camp Admissions Agreement

THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA LICENSING REQUIREMENTS STATE THAT WE MUST HAVE AN ADMISSIONS AGREEMENT WITH ALL CLIENTS OF OUR SCHOOL

Admission shall be granted without discrimination with regard to religion, race, or color. Our school is licensed by the State of California who requires us to fulfill their guidelines. Our teachers meet the standards of State Licensing accreditation standards. School Tuition: Schedule options are subject to change. Must be reviewed prior to submitting the enrollment form and signing the admissions agreement. Additional fees: Registration fee; New student emergency fee; Partner security fee; Non-Partner security fee Partner rates apply ONLY to Temple Adat Elohim Members who are current in their dues and fees. Late pick up after your child's scheduled pick-up time, will be charged $20.00 flat fee plus $5.00 per 15 minutes. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ABSENCES or ANY SCHOOL/CAMP CLOSURE.

THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT TO BE INCLUDED ON ALL ADMISSION AGREEMENTS.

The Department of Social Services, our licensing agency, shall have the inspection authority in regards to specified Health and Safety Codes. The Department of Social Services shall have the authority to interview clients, including children or staff, and to inspect and audit client or facility records without prior consent.

The licensee shall make provisions for private interviews with any clients, including children or staff members, and for the examination of all records relating to the operation of the facility.

The Department of Social Services shall have the authority to observe the physical condition of the client, including conditions which could indicate abuse, neglect, or inappropriate placement, and to have a licensed medical professional physically examine the client.

By signing this I agree to all school information, including, by not limited to ADMISSIONS STATUS, CLASS PLACEMENT, FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, WHAT TO BRING TO SCHOOL, FOOD POLICIES, BRIGHTWHEEL, PARKING, OPEN PATH GATE SECURITY, DAILY DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURES, BIRTHDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS, VOLUNTEERING, CALENDAR, ALLERGIES/MEDICAL CONDITIONS, MEDICATIONS, HEALTH and WELLNESS POLICIES, TUITION, and PAYMENTS, and understand they are subject to change.

In the event that a child becomes ill at school, parents must pick up their child within 30 minutes of being notified by the school. All documents (enrollment forms, immunization record, state required forms, emergency contacts/authorized pick-ups, payment Option, etc.) must be completed before your child's first day of school. A new agreement will be issued if modifications to the original agreement are necessary.

If I decline or fail to set up auto-payment and/or do not pay on time, I agree to have my payment information on file at TAE, charged the monthly balance for ECC tuition and fees. I understand all outstanding ECC balances in my account must be paid before the last day of school for the academic year, or before the first day of the session, for summer programming, enrichment, or special programs.

FORCE MAJEURE:  Should events beyond the control of TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM, including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, hurricane, tornado, flood, extreme inclement weather, explosion, war (including armed conflict), governmental action, act of terrorism, risk of infectious disease, epidemic, pandemic, shortage or disruption of necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.), or any other event beyond TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM’s control, occur, TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM has the discretion to close TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM and/or modify its curriculum, schedules, length of school day, length of school year, and/or means of learning and teaching methods.  Should TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM close, TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM’s duties and obligations under this contract shall be suspended immediately without notice until such time as TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM, in its sole and reasonable discretion, may safely reopen.  If TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM cannot reopen due to a force majeure event under this Paragraph, TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM is under no obligation to refund any portion of any fees, deposits, or other amounts paid. In the event that there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 case among the children or staff, and your class or the school needs to close for up to fourteen days tuition will not be refunded. In the event that TEMPLE ADAT ELOHIM we be closed more than 14 days, tuition will be adjusted based on the educational model the school can provide the children. A new agreement will be issued if modifications to the original agreement are necessary

COVID-19 & Communicable Diseases Liability Waiver: By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending TAE or TAE-related activities, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at TAE or TAE-related activities may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, TAE employees, volunteers, and TAE-related activity participants and their families.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or my family (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at TAE or participation in TAE-related activities (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless TAE, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of TAE, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any TAE-related activity.

This Agreement is not intended to be all inclusive and I understand more information is provided in our TAE ECC Parent Handbook. Entering your name in the space provided, indicates that you have read, understand, and agree with the Temple Adat Elohim's Admissions Agreement and have reviewed a copy of the Temple Adat Elohim Early Childhood Center Parent Handbook.
