*A $300 deposit will be required for families that would like to reserve a spot for opening day, June 17, 2019. Payment can be made by credit card upon completing this form.

We are thrilled to announce that we will open the new Temple Adat Elohim Infant Center on June 17, 2019. The center will serve children as young as age six weeks old until they are ready to transition to our Early Childhood Center.

Enrollment will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to secure a spot for your child(ren) on opening day, RESERVE A SPOT NOW! SPACE IS LIMITED!

The Infant Center will be open from 7:30am-6:00pm:

Early Care: 7:30-9:00am*
Core Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm
Late Care: 1:00pm-6:00pm*

There are 3 schedule options available.**

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Monday-Friday

*You may choose to add early and late care to any of the days.
