ECC 2025-2026 Tours

*CONGRATULATIONS, THIS IS THE FIRST STEP IN THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS TO OUR SCHOOL*

We are excited to show you around our campus and look forward to meeting you! Feel free to spread the word and invite your friends.

Our tours are designed for an intimate, adult-only, small group setting. Each tour lasts approximately 60-75 minutes. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see our all school Shabbat, led by our clergy, meet with our ECC director and other prospective families, ask questions during an informative presentation, observe our students in action on a regular school day, meet our teachers, and explore our classrooms and campus, to help you determine if our preschool aligns with your family's needs and what you are looking for in a school community. Up to 2 Adults only please, due to space. Infants ok, if needed. Please feel free to set up a time to come back and join us for a Friday morning Shabbat with your child(ren), grandparents, or other family and friends interested in seeing our campus. 

TOUR AGENDA

• 9:45 - 9:55 AM - Join us to take a peek into our weekly preschool Shabbat in the sanctuary.
• 9:55 - 10:30 AM - Sit down with us for an introduction and informative presentation by our ECC Director about our programming.
• 10:30 - 10:45 AM - Take a walk through our campus and see the ECC classrooms in action.
• 10:50 - 11:00 AM - An optional Q & A session for any additional questions.
• 11:00 - 11:15 AM - Infant Center walk-through for those interested in learning about & signing up for infant care, for children ages 6 weeks to 18 months.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

• STEP 1: Tour our school the fall-winter prior to the school year you would like to start (tour at least 1 year prior for Infant Center for children 0-18months). 
• STEP 2: Apply Online* after your tour. Applications for the school year are accepted online through March 1, 2024, and by invite thereafter if space is available. Please make sure to select the school year you would like to be considered for, to ensure you are a part of the candidate pool, for admissions into the correct school year.
• STEP 3: Admissions decisions for the school year will be emailed out to our applicants late March/early April.
• *ECC applications are accepted online through March 1, prior to the school year you would like to start. IC apps are accepted up to 1 year prior. Please note that an application does not guarantee admissions into our school.

INFANT CENTER (0-18 months old)
For those interested in our Infant Center for children under 18months old, please make note our infant center runs on a rolling waitlist and typically has a waitlist usually around 1+ year out, so please reach out to tour and be put on the list at least 12 months in advance, before your desired start date.

If a space doesn’t open up in our Infant Center, we still invite you to apply here for our ECC Program (18 months-6yrs old). You can go ahead and select the school year in which your child would turn 18 months, and note the desired start date at 18months old, so we have you in that candidate pool, for when we pull the applicant list and go over admissions decisions for the ECC. This should be done by March 1 to the school year you are applying for.
